My path to founding PlaceCraft Solutions has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about how people experience the built environment — and a belief that real estate, at its best, balances creative vision with practical impact.

I studied architecture at the University of Edinburgh and earned my master’s degree from Cornell University, where I also minored in real estate. I began my career in London as a designer, and later a licensed architect in the U.S., delivering high-end residential projects and workplace environments for global law firms, real estate companies, and other corporate clients.

Over time, I transitioned into project management and business consulting, leading real estate initiatives for Fortune 100 tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. That work has ranged from business optimization, to portfolio planning, construction oversight, and capital planning — and continues today under PlaceCraft Solutions, allowing me to stay connected to both the broader industry and the operational realities my clients face.

In parallel, I’ve been investing in and operating rental properties — handling acquisition, design, construction, and management, primarily in the U.S., with a few international projects that broadened my perspective. Over the years, I’ve applied strategies like BRRRR, build-to-rent, long- and short-term rentals, land deals, and value-add improvements. These experiences gave me a holistic view of the real estate life cycle, from strategy to execution.

After living and working in China, the UK, and the U.S., I now live with my husband in the San Francisco Bay Area home, where we call home. In May 2025, I launched PlaceCraft Solutions with like-minded partners to bring these diverse experiences together in service of thoughtful, well-crafted real estate.
